Price
The total apartment price includes the price for the apartment plus the price for any garden, terrace or balcony, inclusive of VAT in 2023 (15 % and 21 %).
*The price is valid when using the 90/10 repayment calendar, more on financing.
Floor area
The apartment floor area is calculated according to legal standards (Government Decree no. 366/2013 Coll.)

Prices are regularly updated every 15 minutes.

Garage spaces and cellars are located in common underground floors in the project.
Cellars
Cellar sizes and prices are variable. The price of the cellar is not included in the price of the apartment and is 70,000 CZK + the relevant VAT rate per square meter.
Parking
Garage parking spaces can be purchased alongside your apartment (some garage spaces are permanently assigned to selected apartments and must be purchased together). The price for a single garage parking space starts at 570,000 CZK + valid VAT rate.

Bespoke repayment calendar with a lower purchase price
We know that buying an apartment is a difficult and complex process. That’s why our salespeople will endeavour to simplify it as much as possible, such as by using the STANDARD PROFIT variable repayment calendar, which we tailor to your needs. This enables you to make payments outside the standard repayment calendar, and thus reduce your final apartment price by up to 500 thousand crowns. At the same time, we also offer the option of financing through a 90/10 repayment calendar, which will make the price more favorable the earlier the funds are paid.

Through our service Subsidised Mortgage 2.99% gives our clients a guarantee that they will pay a third less in repayment costs over the next 2 years, than are common for currently available mortgages.
We estimate that towards the end of the fixing period of the mortgage loan, the interest rates prevailing in the market will decrease significantly and it will be possible to achieve similar monthly repayments as for the Subsidised Mortgage. The purpose of this financial service is to reduce the worry of a high monthly payment and to ease the family budget for the first two years.
